Seth Fenton is an independent Christian artist and pastor in North Texas who refuses to put creativity and ministry in separate boxes.

He writes and releases music as Hyper Fenton, serves as Associate Pastor and Student Pastor at Meadows Baptist Church in Plano, Texas, preaches, builds discipleship experiences, designs strange things, meets people, and tries to use whatever is in his hands to point people toward Jesus.

Hyper Fenton is not a stage character that disappears when the song ends. It is the name attached to the creative work — but the person behind it is a husband, dad, pastor, artist, friend and disciple trying to live the same message offstage.

The goal is not content for content’s sake. The goal is movement toward Jesus.

A song can become a conversation. A shirt can become a question. A sermon can become a decision. A funny video can earn enough attention to say something that matters. Creativity is not the destination — it is a bridge.

SETH is built to do more than sit in a playlist. The project pairs songs with Scripture, reflection, testimony and practical next steps so the music can become a discipleship experience.

The songs deal with identity, surrender, loneliness, trust, prayer, relationships, salvation and following Jesus in ordinary life.

Hyper Fenton’s music can be playful, uncomfortable, personal, loud, reflective or weird on purpose. The point is not to sand off personality to make something “Christian enough.” The point is to bring the whole person into the light and let Jesus meet us there.

The internet is not the local church.

Seth serves at Meadows Baptist Church in Plano, Texas as Associate Pastor and Student Pastor. The church is where preaching, discipleship, leadership, students, families, volunteers, ordinary Sundays and actual face-to-face ministry happen.

Hyper Fenton can make a song or start a conversation. It cannot baptize you, know your family, sit beside you in grief, challenge you over time or replace believers who actually know your name. That is why the website repeatedly points people toward Scripture, local believers and the local church.

Before the music, sermons, projects and whatever idea comes next, there is home.

Kelly is Seth’s wife. Wild is their son. Shiloh is their daughter. Family is not background decoration for the brand; it is part of the real life that the brand grows out of.

The goal is not to build something online that costs the people closest to you everything offline. Hyper Fenton is trying to make meaningful work while still being present as a husband, dad, pastor, friend and disciple.

Artist. Pastor. Friend. They are not three different people.

Music gives language to things people are afraid to say. Ministry helps people understand what to do with those things. Friendship makes the whole thing human. Discipleship keeps the goal bigger than attention.

You do not have to understand the whole Hyper Fenton universe. Just pick the door that makes sense for you.
