Using this site

By using hyperfenton.com or purchasing from the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or submit an order.

Products & made-to-order fulfillment

Merchandise is generally made to order after purchase. Product colors, placement, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from digital previews because of screens, materials, printing, embroidery, and production processes. We may use third-party fulfillment and shipping partners to produce and ship orders on our behalf.

Prices, taxes & shipping charges

Product prices are shown in the store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are presented during checkout before you submit the order. You are responsible for the total amount shown and accepted at checkout.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing or product information contains a material error, or we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Hyper Fenton name, logos, artwork, music-related graphics, photographs, website design, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Hyper Fenton. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.

User submissions

If you submit a message, testimony, inquiry, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it. Private submissions are not made public merely because they were submitted. If a feature specifically asks for permission to publish or share content, the permission described in that feature applies.

Prohibited activity

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.
